Friday Feel Good

Here's my contribution to Friday Feel Good, which is hosted by my wonderful man - Whitesnake. Each Friday we will post something that gives us that feel good feeling. Pay Whitesnake a visit if you'd like to join in the fun.

Everybody say awwwwwwww.

Keeping Up With KB

All is well. It's raining (as usual), having a relaxing day at home, looking forward to picking Whitesnake up from work.

Recently, it was suggested to me that cutting back on caffeine would reduce my anxiety. It's been two months since I've had a regular coffee (still driniking decaf which has a little caffeine). It wasn't hard for me to give up but the headache I got at the time was the worst I've ever had. Feel great now and have noticed a huge reduction in anxiety. I intend to stick to it.

I mentioned yesterday that Whitesnake made some yummy pizzas. His recipe is posted on our joint blog...Whitesnake's Simply Delish Pizza.

Righto, that's me all caught up for the day.

Have a great weekend,
Love KB

  1. I had to give up caffeine entirely. Unluckily, that includes chocolate. I don't really miss the coffee, but I do miss the chocolate.

  4. Cute kitten.

I don't seem to be affected much by caffeine, but don't really use much. A cup of coffee in the morning, maybe a cup of green tea later.

  6. Awww what a gorgeous photo. I had to give up coffee because I found out I get astma of milk. I feel now less jittery so that's good. Sometimes I take the occasional coffee though. Wonder how Auckland is Here it is snowing like crazy
