Health Goals

I weighed myself this morning. I haven't lost any weight this week, but I'm pleased I stuck to my goals for the week. I walked for 30 minutes three times, I didn't drink any Milo and I didn't eat and potato chips.





So far, so good.

Good on you I am also on a diet and loosing weight very slowly. Good luck to you. The flowers are very pretty
