Teaser Tuesdays - Song Of Susannah by Stephen King

Teaser Tuesdays is hosted by the lovely MizB of Should Be Reading.

Here's how it works...

Grab your latest read, open it up and share two sentences from the page. Easy as that. Don't forget to link back to MizB and share the title and author of your book so others can add to their TBR (to be read) list if they wish.

Here's my teaser...

'How long will the magic stay?'

At first no one answered Roland's question, and so he asked it again, this time looking across the living room of the rectory to where Henchick of the Manni sat with Cantab, who had married one of Henchick's numerous granddaughters.

Happy reading

  1. Is this one of his horror novels, or that "old" one he put out recently? I lose track.

  3. I haven't heard of this Stephen King novel. He's such a good writer -- even though I don't always like his subjects. Thanks for posting a teaser from this one.

  17. I'm not a big fan of horror or macabre (hence I've never read anything by S.K.) but I looked up the synopsis to this book and it sounds pretty interesting. Thanks for sharing a tease!

  18. Hi KB,

The teaser lines are great and I used to be a great fan of Stephen King, having read most of his early horror books. I have to admit that since he has digressed into the fantasy genre, I am not so keen to read his stuff, so this is probably one that I wouldn't be rushing out to buy.

    Thanks for sharing
