This week's prompt from Sunday scribblings is...scandalous
Sweet seduction
Sows the seeds
Wanting, yearning
Fulfilling needs
Momentum builds
No turning back
Doubt consumes
Fuels the attack
Whispers abound
Rumours spread
Pulling back
No searching ahead
Truth forgotten
Scandal full blown
Lies take on
A life of their own
And then others find out, and the next thing you know, the gossip mongers are whispering about a scandal. Great poem. BJ
