Microfiction Monday - Choices

I haven't written a Micro for a while. Hope you likey. Microfiction Monday is brought to us by the lovely Susan. Follow the link to join in the fun and games.

She releases the door handle, walking bravely down her chosen path. Footsteps echo, sweet promises made. Some doors should remain closed.

Have a great week.
See you tomorrow,

  1. Oh, great one for the day! I think that long, empty hallway whispered some of the same things to a lot of us! Hope you have a wonderful week!

  5. Oh, this long hallway is pregnant with symbolism. I really like your interpretation of it--keeping some doors closed as one moves on in life!

  13. Welcome "home"!

"Some doors should remain closed," said KB's microfiction.

Some windows, too, as I recall--> My Senior High English teacher use to always say, "Close the window or influenza." Nobody ever knew quite what the guy was trying to get at --and being that his exams were much like his one-liners, it's a miracle anyone ever passed his class. LOL!
